What areas do you cover?
We're based in Bidwell, Dunstable and work in Dunstable, Houghton Regis and Totternhoe, and in Harpenden, Wheathampstead and Redbourn.
Do you provide free quotes?
Yes — every quote is free and no-obligation. We'll visit your property, talk through your plans, and follow up with a clear written estimate.
Are you insured?
Yes — we hold full public liability insurance and are happy to share documentation on request.
What qualifications do you hold?
Our contractors hold NVQ Level 2 in brickwork and related trades, backed by over 26 years of hands-on experience.
Do I need planning permission?
Many smaller extensions and conversions fall under permitted development, but it depends on your property and area. We'll advise during your site visit and can liaise with your local planning office.
Can you work to architects' drawings?
Absolutely — we work from your architect's plans, and can also recommend trusted local architects and structural engineers if you need one.
How tidy will the site be?
Very. We were taught from day one to leave a clean and tidy site, and we still work that way today.
