D & A Brickwork & Building (also trading as Next Level Building) is a family-run building firm based in Bidwell, Dunstable. When you use our contact form, quote form or project questions, we collect the details you choose to give us. We do not ask for payment details through this website.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare an estimate. Our lawful basis is that you have asked us to contact you about work before entering into a contract. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Enquiries are stored in a secure online database used to run this website, and a copy is sent by email to our business inbox through an email delivery service. These providers process the data on our behalf only to store and deliver it. Some of them may store data outside the UK, under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email or call us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
